Kevin Costner's return to Yellowstone seems unlikely

The Kevin Costner star of Yellowstone will not return after the season five finale.

Now, new information about Paramount's plans to end the series has raised even more questions.

The Hollywood Reporter has revealed that the final episode of Yellowstone season five will premiere in November 2024..

Costner is also dealing with a divorce from his wife Christine Baumgartner. Their filming schedules on both Yellowstone and Horizon reportedly tested the relationship.

The cast and crew are also left confused and frustrated. The remaining episodes are now reportedly being written with varying levels of Costner's involvement.
