Two of the biggest problems facing Yellowstone's final season stemmed directly from strikes, as the WGA called for a strike.

Taylor Sheridan still took months to wrap up the strike, as it was originally supposed to be part 2 of season 5 with 6 episodes.

The number of episodes needs to be clarified. In a recent red carpet interview with Entertainment Tonight, Josh Lucas, who plays young John Dutton,

Ten episodes were to be shot, but co-star Ian Johan demanded six more and a series finale. However, Johan says the final episode will be "the best series finale ever".

With the final season set to oust John Dutton, the show will focus on the romantic couple at its center, Cole Hauser's Rip and Kelly Reilly's Beth.

It would not be a stretch to imagine that if John Dutton died, the Prodigal Son was after him in some way. If so I hope Beth goes on the warpath.

Another of Yellowstone's greatest couples is another battle going on behind the scenes, unlike Costner's, which is what's happening on screen.

Sheridan is accusing Hauser's new coffee brand, Free Range Coffee, of using a logo identical to that of its own coffee brand, Bosque Ranch Craft Coffee.
